NeoXamAgents

Open now — limited cohort

The Early Adopter Program

Work with NeoXam ahead of general availability in Q3 2026: a one-year platform trial, three workshop streams, and a direct line to the teams building NeoXam Agents.

The program

What early adopters get

The program is structured to cross the gap where most agentic pilots stall: from a promising demo to evaluated, audited production.

Early access, before GA

Start on the platform ahead of general availability in Q3 2026 — beginning with the shipped task-mode agents, then the Beta wave (conversational assistants, human-in-the-loop approvals) as it lands.

A one-year platform trial

A full year on NeoXam Agents for a limited cohort — enough time to move real workflows from pilot to evaluated, audited production.

Three workshop streams

Structured streams on Business ROI, Compliance, and Operational fit — designed to cross the pilot-to-production gap with your operations, risk and technology teams.

A direct line to the product teams

Work directly with the teams building the platform. Early-adopter feedback weighs on the roadmap and on what the GA release ships.

Eligibility

Who the program is for

Open to buy-side institutions — running NeoXam products is not a prerequisite.

Asset managers

Operations, data and technology teams looking to put governed agents to work on reconciliation, data quality and reporting workflows.

Asset owners

Insurers, pension funds and sovereign investors running investment accounting and NAV oversight at institutional scale.

Asset servicers

Custodians and fund administrators industrializing exception handling and client reporting across large books of funds.

Existing NeoXam clients can start from the agents shipped in Aro and DataHub; other institutions typically begin with the workshop streams and a platform evaluation against their own governance requirements.

Timeline

From open program to general availability

Capability statuses are published and never blurred — what is shipped is shipped, what is coming is dated.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does the Early Adopter Program include?

A limited cohort, a one-year NeoXam Agents platform trial, and three workshop streams — Business ROI, Compliance, and Operational fit — run directly with the NeoXam product teams.

Who is eligible?

Asset managers, asset owners and asset servicers. Running NeoXam products is not a prerequisite: existing Aro and DataHub clients start from the shipped agents, while other institutions typically start with the workshop streams and a platform evaluation.

Is the platform real today, or is this a roadmap program?

The V0 platform is delivered: task-mode agents run end to end on the governed runtime — Git-governed catalog, full tracing, append-only audit log and advisory eval CI included — and the ARO reconciliation investigator has been delivered as a pilot. Conversational assistants and human-in-the-loop approvals are in Beta build.

When does NeoXam Agents reach general availability?

General availability is planned for Q3 2026 — multi-tenant GA with per-tenant model keys, client data-residency pinning, sovereign and on-prem packaging, and blocking eval gates. Early adopters start before that date.

What are the commercial terms?

Commercial terms are defined with Early Adopter Program participants. The program is built around a one-year platform trial for a limited cohort.

Where does the platform run, and where does our data stay?

The platform runs in the EU (Frankfurt) by default and client business data stays inside your tenant boundary. Per-client region pinning and sovereign or on-prem deployment options are committed for GA.
